Return Policy 

You may return any item along with all the included accessories in its original packaging for a refund, within 30 days of delivery or the date of pickup at the store location, subject to the conditions and exclusions below:

  • All returned item must be in the same condition as sold, with all included accessories. If condition differs, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
  • Claims for damaged item or missing accessories must be received within two business days of receipt/delivery of item, and must be claimed by emailing at support@computerdoctor-bg.com

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, exchange, or alternatively a store credit can be requested by customers planning to order a replacement item. 

For return requests within 30 days from the delivery date. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  1. We’ll send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) that will be valid for 10 days. This will include your RMA number and return shipping information. 

  1. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost and to prepare the item for return with original packaging box or appropriate protective materials (such as bubble wrap and foaming materials). Items packed with papers or fabrics and not acceptable. Customer is responsible if any damage is caused on the item during shipment.

  1. Customer is responsible to erase all personal data or programs(apps) from the item.

  1. We’ll promptly issue your refund once we receive and verify your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund of the subtotal (minus 15% restocking fee) within three (3) business days, unless the customer decides to exchange the product.

? In an event that we confirmed hardware issue, customer will be offered with does not wish to exchange the item, we will issue a full refund within three business days.

Shipping Policy

  1. Free Shipping is available to addresses within the lower 48 states ONLY 
  2. Free shipping is included for all orders to be delivered within the lower 48 states with the exception of PO Boxes and APO addresses.
  3. We ship via FedEx, unless stated otherwise. We process shipments within 1 day of your order, Monday to Friday, 9:30AM to 6:30PM PST. If you purchase an item Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday, your item will go out on the following Monday.
  4. You will automatically be emailed a tracking number when your order is shiped. If the tracking number is non-active, please allow twelve (12) hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.
  5. All items over $300 require signature upon delivery per our policy. Please provide a shipping address where you are able to sign for the package during business hours. If you are unavailable to sign, FedEx will make 3 attempts to deliver. You can also call 1-800-G0-FEDEX and ask them to hold your package at a FedEx location for pickup. Be sure that the address displayed on the checkout is the address you want for delivery. We are required to ship to this address per our policy, and we are unable to change your shipping address after payment has been made. 
  6. We package our items carefully with bubble wrap, peanuts, and sturdy cardboard boxes. In the rare case that your item does arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us immediately, by emailing us at support@computerdoctor-bg.com. All shipping claims must be submitted and approved by the carrier (FedEx) before a refund can be issued. Typically, FedEx will pick up the item and packaging for inspection.  Standard hardware 90 days Warranty 

  • We warrant All Apple Mac products with a 90-day hardware warranty from the date of purchase if store pickup or delivery date. Item will be repaired in our stores with genuine Apple parts by Apple Mac Certified Technicians.
  • If a warranty repair is requested due to a hardware failure within 90 days of delivery or store pickup, the customer is responsible for return shipping or bring the item to our stores for a repair service.
  • International clients are responsible for all shipping cost, including shipment of the repaired item.

Exclusions of Warranty: 

  • Standard Hardware 90 Warranty does not cover: physical, liquid, software, data loss or accidental damage of any sort. 
  • Consumable parts such as batteries and media drives are not covered by our hardware warranty.
  • Software (Apps or OS) related issues, including missing or altered user data, are not covered under our hardware warranty.
  • Third-party diagnostics or repair fees performed by another repair center will not be reimbursed.

Extended Hardware Warranty 

Computers/Laptops Extended Warranty Protection Plan: 

  • All 1, 2 & 3 year extended warranty plans are cover by our third party warranty partners, coverage kicks on day 31st from date of invoice. Computer Doctor BG will NOT be part of any extended warranty claims. 
  • Hardware claims filed before the 31st day, Computer Doctor BG will cover under the company hardware warranty subject to the terms and conditions of “Standard hardware 90 days Warranty.”
  • After your purchase, you will receive an email from our partners to register your device for the extended warranty. 
  • Warranty Covers all computers, all brands, all makes & all models. 
  • Covers new, used, refurbished, open box & certified pre-owned items. 
  • Covers standard & internal hardware malfunctions, manufacturer defects & 100% of the parts and labor used in the repair. 
  • No lemon guarantee & no deductible. 
  • Warranty must be sold at time of purchase 
  • Does not cover gross misuse, lost/stolen, maintenance/cosmetic issues & products manufactured more than 5 years ago 
  • Warranty sales must appear on your customers invoice 
  • If the item cannot be repaired, it will be replaced or reimbursed for the current replacement cost (minus shipping & tax) by the third-party warranty partner 

Extended hardware + Accidental Damage Warranty

  • All 1, 2 & 3 year extended warranty + Accidental damage plans are cover by our third party warranty partners, coverage kicks on day 31st from date of invoice. Computer Doctor BG will not be part of any extended warranty claims.
  • After your purchase, you will receive an email to register your device from the extended warranty. 
  • Warranty Covers all computers, all brands, all makes & all models 
  • Covers new, used, refurbished, open box & certified pre-owned items. 
  • Covers standard & internal hardware malfunctions, manufacturer defects & 100% of the parts and labor used in the repair. 
  • Covers Accidental damage (liquid/impact damage) 
  • Warranty must be sold at time of purchase 
  • Does not cover gross misuse, lost/stolen, maintenance/cosmetic issues & products manufactured more than 5 years ago 
  • Warranty sales must appear on your customers invoice 
  • If the item cannot be repaired, it will be replaced or reimbursed for the current replacement cost (minus shipping & tax) by the third-party warranty partner 

Condition (Grade). 

This unit is classified as:

Grade A, meaning the item may have some minor signs of cosmetic wear from normal usage, but is fully operational and functions as intended. 

For example: The screen/enclosure/bottom case/keyboard/trackpad are in excellent condition with very little to no signs of wear form of isolated scratches or/and shallow dents. Unit is fully operational and functions as intended, battery has from 0 up to 500 cycles.

Grade B, meaning the item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, including case small dents, wear and scratches, fully operational and functions as intended.

For example: The screen/enclosure/bottom case/keyboard/trackpad are in good cosmetic condition typically show light to moderate amounts of wear in the form of scratches, minor to moderate dents on the screen or enclosure. Unit is fully operational and functions as intended, battery has from 0 up to 800 cycles.

Grade C, meaning the item may have signs of beyond normal cosmetic wear, including case dents, screen wear and scratches but fully operational and functions as intended.

For example: The screen/enclosure/bottom case/keyboard/trackpad will show moderate to excessive scratches, anywhere from light to deep in severity, and may include white spots or delimitation on the display. Unit is fully operational and functions as intended, battery has over 800 cycles.

Terms of Service

90 DAYS WARRANTY APPLY ONLY TO HARDWARE PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM COMPUTER DOCTOR BG (CDBG) THAT CAN BE IDENTIFIED BY THE SERIAL NUMBER ON FILE. CDBG IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF ANY PROGRAMS, DATA, OR OTHER INFORMATION STORED ON ANY MEDIA, OR ANY NON-APPLE PRODUCT OR PART NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. RECOVERY AND REINSTALLATION OF SYSTEM AND APPLICATION SOFTWARE AND USER DATA ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY AND WILL BE PAID. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY: (A) TO DAMAGE CAUSED BY ACCIDENT, ABUSE, MISUSE, MISAPPLICATION, OR PERIPHERALS; (B) TO DAMAGE CAUSED BY SERVICE PERFORMED BY ANYONE NOT APPROVED BY CDBG, OR (C) IF ANY APPLE SERIAL NUMBER HAS BEEN REMOVED OR DEFACED. 

ALL EXTENDED WARRANTIES SOLD BY CDBG WILL BE HANDLED BY THIRD PARTY COMPANY AFTER THE 31 DAYS OF THE DATE OF PURCHASE.

THESE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CDBG SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF CDBG CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER THESE WARRANTIES, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CDBG, WILL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PERFORMANCE OF ANY REPAIR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE; LOSS OF ACTUAL OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS ON CONTRACTS); LOSS OF THE USE OF MONEY; LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS; LOSS OF BUSINESS; LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY; LOSS OF GOODWILL; LOSS OF REPUTATION; LOSS OF, DAMAGE TO, OR CORRUPTION OF DATA; OR ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING, PROGRAMMING, OR RESTORING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED OR USED WITH YOUR PRODUCT AND ANY FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA STORED ON YOUR PRODUCT. CDBG SPECIFICALLY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT IT WILL BE ABLE TO (A) REPAIR OR REPLACE YOUR PRODUCT WITHOUT RISK TO OR LOSS OF PROGRAMS OR DATA, AND (B) MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA. IF ANY PRODUCT SHOULD BE DAMAGED OR LOST WHILE IN CDBG CUSTODY, CDBG LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE COST OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE AFFECTED PRODUCT. OTHERWISE, CDBG LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGE SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE PAYMENTS RECEIVED BY CDBG FOR SERVICES PROVIDED PURSUANT TO THESE TERMS. THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN SHALL BE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR ANY BREACH BY CDBG UNDER THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. CDBG IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF DATA OR YOUR CONFIDENTIAL, PROPRIETARY OR PERSONAL INFORMATION OR REMOVABLE DATA. BEFORE YOU SEND IN YOUR PRODUCT FOR ANY REPAIR SERVICE, YOU SHOULD MAKE A BACKUP COPY OF YOUR DATA AND REMOVE ANY CONFIDENTIAL, PROPRIETARY OR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND REMOVABLE MEDIA.
