First, make sure you’ve given your iPad’s battery enough time to charge. If you did so and the issue still persist you can now bring it to Computer Doctor BG for repair. If you’re covered under warranty or AppleCare+, we’ll replace your battery at no charge if it retains less than 80 percent of its original capacity.
